Plum e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Plum in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for plum
Plum e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.66 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.

Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
