Plum e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Plum in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in New Caledonia
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.93 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
We run plum the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
