What the label on Plum is allowed to say
A plum pen device from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.28 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum pen device really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on plum: 23 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
