Plum RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist
Plum in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a RDA for plum
If you are looking at plum in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on plum: 24 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum RDA really costs in Nouméa
Plum in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.96 per 10 ml.
