How we tested Raspberry pen device here
A raspberry pen device from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at raspberry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry pen device really costs in Nouméa
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.3 per 10 ml.
How we tested raspberry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
