Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A raspberry refill pack from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Raspberry in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested raspberry in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every raspberry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long raspberry in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
