Salted 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Salted in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
A salted 30 ml shortfill from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Salted in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: salted in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Salted in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested salted in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.37 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does salted in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
