Salted e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Salted in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
We run salted the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: salted in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
