Salted prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Salted in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a prefilled pod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Salted prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: salted in Nouméa works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
A salted prefilled pod from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
