Salted squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Salted in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in New Caledonia
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.79 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at salted in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested salted in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.79 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Nouméa survives.
