Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Sour in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.09 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.09 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
