Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on sour: 24 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
We run sour the same way in Nouméa: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.95 per 10 ml.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
