Sour nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Sour in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with sour in New Caledonia
We run sour the same way in Nouméa: same nicotine salt bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sour in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
Sour in Nouméa reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested sour in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.04 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does sour in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
