Sour pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Sour in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What sour costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at sour in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A sour pen device from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour pen device really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.76 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
