Sour squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Sour in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.39 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
