Sourcherry cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Sourcherry in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What sourcherry costs in Nouméa
Sourcherry in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Sourcherry cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sourcherry in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sourcherry in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
