Sourcherry pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Sourcherry in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
Sourcherry in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.72 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry pen device really costs in Nouméa
Sourcherry sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sourcherry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Nouméa survives.
