Spiced 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Spiced in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for spiced
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.11 per 10 ml.
A spiced 30 ml shortfill from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: spiced in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Spiced in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.11 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
