Spiced pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Spiced in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a pen device for spiced
Spiced in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at spiced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Nouméa
A spiced pen device from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.37 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.37 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.37 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
