Spiced prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Spiced in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good prefilled pod from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A spiced prefilled pod from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.28 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested spiced in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.28 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How long does spiced in a prefilled pod last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is spiced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
