Spiced zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Spiced in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in New Caledonia
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.77 per 10 ml.
A spiced zero-nicotine bottle from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: spiced in Nouméa works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
Spiced zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested spiced in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.77 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does spiced in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
