Sweet RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Sweet in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Sweet RDA here
Sweet RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: sweet in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet RDA really costs in Nouméa
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.84 per 10 ml.
How we tested sweet in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does sweet in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
