Tobacco 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Tobacco in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Tobacco in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A tobacco 30 ml shortfill from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Is tobacco legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.0 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
