What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.59 per 10 ml.
The short version: tobacco in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.59 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
