Tobacco RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Tobacco in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.53 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
