Vanilla 10 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Vanilla in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
The honest read on vanilla: 17 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: vanilla in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
A vanilla 10 ml bottle from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
