Vanilla RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Vanilla in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Vanilla RDA here
A vanilla RDA from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run vanilla the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla RDA really costs in Nouméa
Vanilla RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
