Vanilla in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for vanilla
A vanilla refill pack from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.93 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Vanilla refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
