Candy prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Candy in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a prefilled pod for candy
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same prefilled pod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested candy in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.45 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
