Caramel e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Caramel in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
Caramel in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: caramel in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Caramel in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.47 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
