Caramel vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What caramel costs in Nouméa
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Caramel in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.04 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.04 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
