Citrus pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What citrus costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
