Citrus pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Citrus in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pod kit really costs in Nouméa
A citrus pod kit from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
