Citrus RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run citrus the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Nouméa
Citrus RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
