Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Frozen in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.45 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.45 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
