Frozen refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Frozen in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for frozen
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.34 per 10 ml.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Nouméa
A frozen refill pack from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.34 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.34 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does frozen in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
