Frozen vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a vape pen for frozen
Frozen in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Frozen in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
