Guava vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Guava in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What guava costs in Nouméa
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.77 per 10 ml.
A guava vape pen from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: guava in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Guava in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested guava in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where guava goes wrong
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.77 per 10 ml.
