Herbal in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Herbal in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A herbal box mod from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal box mod really costs in Nouméa
A herbal box mod from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
