Herbal pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Herbal in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
If you are looking at herbal in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run herbal the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Nouméa
Herbal in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.61 per 10 ml.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
