Herbal in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for herbal
The honest read on herbal: 21 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at herbal in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Herbal refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.02 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
