Iced pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same pod kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested iced in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.03 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.03 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is iced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
