Iced prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Iced in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.83 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested iced in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.83 per 10 ml.
