Lemon pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on lemon: 15 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Lemon pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for lemon in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
