Licorice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosfrenchpolynesia
Licorice in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on licorice: 20 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Licorice 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested licorice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.58 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Is licorice legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
