Licorice RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Licorice in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on licorice: 8 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.59 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
