Licorice RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist
Licorice in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a RDA for licorice
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A licorice RDA from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on licorice: 9 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
