Mango mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Mango in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with mango in New Caledonia
We run mango the same way in Nouméa: same mesh tank, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at mango in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: mango in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Mango in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mango in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mango goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mango tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
