Mintice mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Mintice in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you are looking at mintice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Mintice in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mintice in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.

Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.96 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.96 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
