What plain costs in Nouméa
We run plain the same way in Nouméa: same 100 ml bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Plain in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plain in Nouméa works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Plain in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plain in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.42 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
